Shipping Time
All products are handcrafted, shipping time is 15-30 business days. See product page for specific details. You will receive an email notification with tracking number after shipment.

We provide worldwide shipping services, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Tracking
After shipment, you can track the logistics status on the carrier's official website using the tracking number in the email.
Important Notice
Customs clearance may incur additional taxes and fees, which are borne by the recipient. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate. Customers are responsible for re-shipping costs due to incorrect addresses.
Return Policy
Eligible Returns
We accept returns for unused, unopened items that do not affect resale within 7 days of receipt.
Non-eligible Returns
Due to the special nature of handmade products, custom items and personal items like earrings are not eligible for returns without reason. All products do not accept exchanges for non-quality issues.
Quality Issues
If you find damage caused by shipping or serious quality issues upon receipt, please contact customer service within 48 hours with photo or video evidence. We will process free returns or remake for you.
Return Process
Please contact customer service first to obtain return authorization (RMA number) and address. We cannot process unauthorized returns.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
